Are you seeking an opportunity to share and learn with other parish ministers about what you do and who you are? Does an ecumenical, small group setting appeal to you? Beginning this fall, the Virginia Institute for Pastoral Care - VIPCare - will facilitate a new program for ministry consultation and ministers' formation. The Pastoral Ministries Consultation and Support Program is designed to promote mature pastoral leadership and healthy congregational dynamics in a complicated age. Twice monthly sessions, October through May, focus on facilitating ministers' growth, ministry consultation, and periodic forums on high interest topics. The first program session will be Oct. 27.
